Can I create my own custom scent?
Yes. You can choose from our diverse range of fragrances and colored waxes to create a scent that’s uniquely yours.

How long does a custom order take?
It depends on the complexity of your order. Once we know your requirements, we’ll give you an estimated turnaround time.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping, so your candle or engraving is ready to give.
Are your candles safe?
Yes. We use non-toxic wax, and our candles are made in a well-ventilated workspace.
What is your return policy?
Please get in touch with us about any order you are not happy with. Because personalized items are made especially for you, they may have specific return policies, and we’ll explain the options for your piece.
